Hey Ya'll! My name is Jessica Barnett, and I am a transplant from Colorado's Rocky Mountains! I found a Native Idahoan man in Kodiak, Alaska, and we decided to settle down here, in the booming town of Caldwell, Idaho. Being from Idaho Springs, Colorado (what a coincidence!) I know the value in the feeling of a small town with big outdoor offerings. I grew up with a love of skiing, hiking 14ers, and rafting! Everyday after work my Dad occupied his time by building our next home. Three total, I watched go from ground to home, and there is where I fell in love. Searching for land, devising a plan, and developing the land is a part of my history. After becoming a mother of three, purchasing our first home, and starting our very own home building plans, I have come to understand the value of finding a house and taking the steps to call it home.
