As a newly licensed realtor I bring with me over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. I am excited to share my passion for real estate investing with others.

I have lived in the Nampa area for nearly 20 years I am very familiar with the Nampa/Caldwell real estate market. Over the past 15 years, my wife and I have purchased and managed over 15 rental properties including two duplexes.

Having operated my own business here in Nampa, Western Waterworks Supply, for past 23 years and owner the last 10 years; I have learned the importance of developing lasting client relationships, contract negotiations and project scheduling.

I am a husband to my beautiful wife of 29 years with five grown children; I have three daughters and two sons and one happy granddaughter with twin sisters on the way.

My interests include: ATV riding, water sports/boating, camping and hiking. I also enjoy daily fitness working out and biking riding in good weather months.
